Do not sublease from this individual. My experience was a complete nightmare. I entered into an agreement for one of his 'units' and was forced out within days of moving in. He is extremely unreliable, especially when it comes to communication as he won't get back to you for days when time is of t...he essence. He is intentionally deceptive and extremely emotionally unstable. I was forced into a hotel and forced to find a last minute different sublease because of his antics. Getting any portion of my money back required hours of back-and-forth and only happened after I made it clear I was prepared to take legal action in small claims court. This was an incredibly stressful, time-consuming, and costly experience. I would not trust him in any capacity. Protect yourself and look elsewhere.
