Funny….I saw several negative comments on here and they always disappear and left over are 5 positive comments???Really?lol It’s obvious what’s going on here… I would give 0 stars if I could because I got 0 help and threw almost 2000$ in the trash! 1.my first appointment was a catastrophe.I had to... wait hours with others and with an appointment and when I finally saw Janelle she rushed threw the talk and said they would help. I was desperate enough since my work permit was expired to pay 1000 in front and the rest of 2000$ in monthly rates.A guy who could barely communicate directly did the paperwork which took more hours because he obviously didn’t know what he was doing and always left the room. I said … most importantly I need my work authorization and then my greencard. Absolutely nothing was done for me… I filed everything on my own again like I don’t have an attorney and luckily got it done. I only heard from the office when they wanted to collect the monthly rates which needs to be done on the phone with a credit card. There is no system and I had to ask them to send me the receipts per email. Whenever I called I got no answers like I get on the USCIS hotline too meaning they didn’t even really look or work on my case. When I asked them to help me with my work authorization they said they have no acces because I filed it on my own.a) they never offered to file it b)They had access to my application for permanent residence which I filed as well. Right before my last payment they all of sudden stopped calling all together because I started questioning them on the phone. I call this a big scam!!! Beware!!! It’s disgusting to take the last money from people in need of help and let them hanging! I need every cent of my money back and I’ll file an official complaint !!!
