George is highly recommended for real estate buyers/sellers. We had to sell our family home and were totally overwhelmed with moving, buying a new place, negotiating with the realtors, etc. Everyone was trying to make money off of us except George. He was always able to talk to us about everything an...d walk us through selling a house for the first time. We were then able to have him help us with the purchase of the new place. Both transactions were complicated but we never felt lost or uninformed. And he charged us his flat rates which were more than fair considering the situation.
