My name Conrad, I had a very bad car accident on 1/11/17 and decided to sue for my injuries, this should have been a simple case to be compensated for. I was at a full stop at a stop sign and my car was rear ended by a car going full speed. I tore ligaments in my should, knee and have several slip di...scs in my neck and lower back. I had surgery to reattach the ligaments in my shoulder and it took me 6 months before I could even drive with my left arm. So I hired the Dominick Lavelle law firm almost 4 years ago and to my disbelief my case was dismissed by the judge, meaning although I was badly hurt with a shoulder and back that will never be the same the Lavelle law firm totally dropped the ball. Two years of massive therapy that didn't help much. So do yourself a favor and find a different law firm as this firm is clearly incompetent

Let me first begin by saying my case with the Lavelle firm is over 3 years now that is how long they have been putting me off. I also went to all the doctors that they are connected with, had surgery based on their insistence that it would make my case look better. Took time off work and they did n...ot even fight for me to get compensated. To date, I am unable to get anyone on the phone and no return calls. In the past, I have conversed with Iris, Emily and Mr. Lavelle himself. All lied and told me I had a good case from the car accident, but I believe that was just to get me to have surgery. I am very frustrated that I spent so much time going to doctors and having surgery going to arbitrations and no result. Not sure what they got out of it if nothing but a payoff from the doctors. But they could at lease let me know if they have dropped the case and yes I could have gone with a different lawyer three years ago and settled by now. Very unprofessional scam

I had terrible experience with this layer. You never dealing with layer directly , you dealing with million of his helpers, who change every day. Dominick W. Lavelle took my case after i got into car accident and after i have been done with all my treatments, he simply dropped my case with the reas...on that he could tell me at the beginning, at least then i had a chance to choose another layer, now its too late. Please think twice before choosing Dominick W. Lavelle as your attorney very unprofessional.
