In July of 2022, I was assaulted in a hate crime and was soon after diagnosed with PTSD. Just a few weeks prior to the assault, I had received a promotion and a salary increase after years of multiple documented positive performance reviews. Shortly after my PTSD diagnosis, I came forward to my super...visor about what had occurred, and a couple of weeks later, I was terminated. I came to Dan in June of 2023 from a different law firm I found via Google. They had handled my case reasonably well but told me my case had a low ceiling and would not result in the damages I had anticipated. Dan was incredibly supportive of my case. He filed the EEOC complaint for me and did an amazing job in his responses to my former employer’s accusations. He not only acted as an outstanding attorney, but also as my therapist during a time of emotional crisis. He was able to secure three times the original asking price that the previous attorneys had recommended. I could not be happier that I chose to go to him, and I would highly recommend him to any of my friends or family in the future.
