We hired her father to represent my wife in a case. Her father disappeared halfway through the case and when we asked for him to continue we were told that he’s no longer working and his daughter was gonna take over. His daughter never reviewed half of the documentation and when we had to do zoom c...onferences she was updating herself on the spot and making mistakes. When court documentation were sent in August to her and her father that need to be answered properly the answer that they sent back to the court it was missing information and wasn’t correct hence we lost the case because neither of them put the points that were necessary in and when it was brought to their attention she informed us that she was not fully knowing the case and she was just trying to cover for her father. That it wasn’t originally her case and she was just taking over to finish it up. Now we have a ruling against us that is now coming to affect us for latter cases as a lawyer I would hope that they would be more diligent in their work and not make mistakes like this. The key points in what they wrote was never addressed and some could say that we are sour on losing a case which no one wants to lose a case but when nothing was reviewed and it was answered and after we informed her that the answer that she said wasn’t proper she then gave us a silly response that it really wasn’t her case so she didn’t know. Also her accounting of all billing per say is a little bit questionable since we go into an office and she gives us 20 to 30 minutes and bills for an hour. When we informed her of this she starts to scream at me And asked me if I was threatening her when I said that her accounting and her work was not up to par and then I was going to write a review of how poorly this was handled she hung up. I guess this is how she acts.
