Our banking practice and our banking consultants have handled, in Cambodia and overseas, several transactions involving primary financial institutions and leading corporations as well as matters for our exceptional base of financial sponsor and other corporate relationship. Particular areas of emphasis include leveraged finance, acquisition finance, project finance, financial institution lending, media and telecommunications financing.

We are a leader in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, spin-offs, proxy contests and joint ventures. We regularly advise foreign and local clients on a wide range of corporate and private equity transactions. Our private equity practice includes all aspects of transactional work, including representing private equity funds in the purchase and sale of their portfolio assets, as well as representing companies as sellers of assets to private equity funds or purchasers of fund assets.

As well as mainstream real estate work, we advise on opportunities for tax efficiency, complex investment structures, property finance, innovative financing methods, the impact of environmental issues, construction and planning aspects, and corporate structures. Our real estate group is closely linked to the specialist expertise provided by our tax, finance and corporate advisors, areas that are often integral to the structuring of major real estate projects.
