Replied last May 26, 2016I cannot comment on the advice of another attorney, however, different attorneys do give different advice. I have not laughed about any landlord tenant situation I have been contacted about. This is completely false. As can be seen by reading through the many reviews from numerous other individuals who have consulted me. It is unfortunate that you may have gotten different advice from another attorney, but this review is false.
