About Noel
Biography
Noel graduated Summa Cum Laude from Gonzaga University School of Law in 2004 after receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Government/Pre-Law from Eastern Washington University in 2001. While in law school, he served as Executive Editor of the Gonzaga International Law Journal and was a two-year member of the National Moot Court Team. Noel’s areas of practice include criminal law, family law, civil litigation, personal injury, and commercial and business law, including creditor-debtor relations and bankruptcy. He is also currently an adjunct professor and Mock Trial coach at Eastern Washington University and is actively involved in Junior Achievement of the Inland Northwest. Noel is a member of both the Washington and Idaho State Bar Associations, as well as the Spokane County and Kootenai County Bar Associations. He is also admitted to practice in the federal courts for the Eastern District of Washington, Western District of Washington and the District of Idaho.
