William Anastasio presented himself as a Landlord tenant expert while in reality, he is lacking in experience, and is not familiar with the legal process of serving paper which caused my case to be delay and dismiss. He also did not follow the instruction of the client which resulted in my case bein...g dismissed. He also does not respond to my communication which I have given him 2 prior warnings and he promised to change but never did. In the last meeting, he promised to submit paper for a court date which he never did and delay me another month while ignoring me completely. He took $5000 as a deposit for the case but he never finish the case and he delay me for 8 months which cause me even more damage. Due to his unprofessionalism, unwillingness to follow to client instruction, miss deadline, and improper handling of the case, I'm starting this grievance against him. I have sent him a notice he is no longer my lawyer and my intention of sending the grievance but he didn't reply. As for evidenace, I have voice recording of most of our phone calls of his promises and I also have email record of our corrospondance. I use an email program to track if someone open an email or not and I have records of him opening all Corropsonance I sent him.
