I love being a lawyer because it gives me the opportunity to make a real difference in the life of my clients. By focusing on the philosophy “one client at a time” it gives me the ability to fully engage with that client. Particularly in the area of commercial and residential real estate transactions – an area in which I focus my practice.

Whether you are buying, leasing, selling or refinancing the purchase of property or whether you are interested in a real estate tax appeal, a short sale or loan modification, your biggest headache is making sure that your concerns are addressed in a timely and caring way.  I solve this problem by treating each and every client as if they are my only client and their headache is mine.  With various methods of resolution for each and every problem, I tailor my solutions to what you need within the confines of the law. 

My background in both insurance and with a major corporation gives me the advantage of being able to see beyond the legal ramifications of any deal and look into the business and financial aspects to try and ensure that you are being fairly treated. 

I am admitted to practice law in New Jersey and am an active member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association and the Warren County Bar Association.  I am also an active participant in a number of committees and sections in the New Jersey Bar Association including the Solo and Small Firm Section, Municipal Court Section, Real Property and LGBT Section.
