I met with Mr. McHugh for free consultation. I needed to discuss my options for bankruptcy, home foreclosure, and surrounding financial concerns. This way, I can make informed decisions about my future. Mr. McHugh took the time to educate me and explain all of the options available to me. In my... case, he actually explained why bankruptcy isn’t really the best option for me at this time. If his advice was to go through with a bankruptcy, that’s when he makes money. But, rather than leading me on or selling me on what he could do for me, he was honest and professional. Even though he probably knew this inside of the first 10 minutes of our meeting, he still spent an hour and a half with me explaining everything about bankruptcies and why it would not be my best option. He answered every question I had, and even gave me suggestions on how to improve my small business, since he is essentially a small business owner himself. I’m blown away by the integrity of Mr. McHugh. I’m astonished that he was willing to spend that much time with me, and did not rush me out the door as soon as he realized my case was probably not going to be profitable for him. He was up front, honest, and thorough. He spent all of that time with me just to help me, utilizing his valuable time, which I can appreciate as a small business owner myself. While Mr. McHugh did not get my business this time – because he was honest and explained to me why I didn’t need it – he will get my business any time that I need a lawyer in the future. I will refer him to every friend, family member, and customer I have.
