Steven handled our recent home purchase. He did not do a thorough job & offered very little support. The title company made a lot of mistakes. Steven did not review any of their paperwork before forwarding to us. He ordered the survey, the title company missed it, & he never followed up. The night be...fore the closing , when I asked about it, is when he realized it was never done. Then he suggested we close without the survey which we did not think was in our best interest, so we had to delay the closing. He took offense at the suggestion he did anything wrong & took no responsibility for dropping the ball.
