For more than 17 years, I have devoted my entire professional practice to family law and related matters, including all aspects of dissolution; child custody disputes; alimony and child support modification; prenuptial and settlement agreements; equitable distribution; domestic violence; and post-judgment family-related matters. I have led a number of victorious appeals to the Appellate Division, including Mustafa vs. Muhsin and Khan v. Rajput, the latter being where I successfully argued for the return of wrongfully abducted children.
I have been mentioned in New Jersey Monthly Magazine and listed in the New Jersey Super Lawyers® Rising Stars? Editions for the years 2013 through 2017, a list published by Thomson Reuters.
I also volunteer my time to serve as an Early Settlement Panelist in Bergen, Morris and Essex Counties, during which I review family law cases and make recommendations towards settlement.
I am an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, as well as the Family Law sections of the Bergen County Bar Association.
Prior to beginning my practice in Family Law, I served as the Law Clerk to the Honorable Maureen B. Mantineo, Presiding Family Court Judge of Hudson County, Superior Court of New Jersey. I received my Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University School of Law in 2006 and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brandeis University in 2003. I am licensed to practice law in both New Jersey and Massachusetts.

Simply the best.
Seth helped me navigated the difficult waters of a divorce and domestic violence situation when I did not believe I had any hope. If you need an honest and hardworking attorney in New Jersey, I would recommend him to anyone.
"I have had the pleasure of both working alongside Seth on matters, as well as working on opposing sides on matters. In both instances, I have found him to be bright, sensible, and diplomatic."
"I endorse this lawyer. His commitment to his clients and overall professionalism as an adversary is unprecedented."
"Seth Parker is an excellent family law attorney. He's an honest, hard-working attorney and advocate for his clients. I endorse this lawyer."
