I would not recommend Mr. Bazzani. He was hired to represent me in a Landlord/ Tenant situation. I am the landlord and it should have been a simple case to evict a tenant who had not paid rent for several months. He did NOT show up in court for the scheduled appearance TWICE. Rather, he sent a ...substitute who was not at all familiar with my case. In fact, this substitute has a bad record in New Jersey. I learned later from another attorney that he does this often. The delays caused by Mr. Bazzani caused other things to take place and the tenant ended up in Adult Protective Services and left me out to dry with a mess in my apartment. On top of that, Mr. Bazzani agreed to an excessive fee with the condo HOA and never communicated with me.
