Amateurish lawyer - Not worth it
Couldnt handle the new HUD form - very conveniently charged us for closing and delegated it to a title company who charged us again. Did not even bother to return the closing amount and when asked - refused .. If you are in real estate law and you cannot even handle a HUD form you are a bad lawyer- p...

inefficeint staff and hiring him was just a big mistake
takes for ever to get thing done. hire the title company without without informing me and then at the end wants to charge me extra money bcz of claimed additional legal work with my closing. Not worth the efforts and agony. Stay away from this one...

DO NOT HIRE SAMEER GANDHI
I am not sure how is this lawyer is even in business. We recently had to deal with his law firm while purchasing a home. He didn't kept us informed about anything. Unsatisfactory service
Some basic things were not handled. Couldnt conduct the closing because of his inability to handle the new HUD but still charged for it. Had to delegate this to another title agency who charged us again . Pretty basic things were not handled well.
