Richard Nacht

I hired Richard Nacht as my legal counsel for my startup company and he was tasked with incorporating my business, filing for trademark and other related tasks which I paid him over $10,000. As soon as the payments where made his responses became extremely slow - I would wait 1-2 weeks to receive any... kind of update on the services I paid him for. I ultimately found out that he did not file my trademark properly and the application was cancelled, he also did not incorporate my business as agreed and still withheld the money I paid him. He then tried to settle with me by proposing to refund half of what I paid for without accounting for how any of the money I paid for was used. He is a huge fraud despite having many good reviews, I would not recommend this lawyer.
