Patrick Christopher McGuinness

As a former client, I found Patrick to be responsive when I first hired him as my attorney. Over the years, though could be due to external circumstances, his level of competence dropped dramatically. It might be the nature of my case, or for some other causes, he was not doing his job up to par. Als...o, when you try to contact him through phone or other telecommunication devices, the process would take a more than a day or even a week to response. Overall, Patrick was professional with his work when it came to billing his clients.
