Michael P. Aloi

Mike Aloi, leading the Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability Department at Grungo Law, leverages 33 years of legal experience to fight for workers’ rights. Originally from Jersey City, New Jersey, Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from St. Peter’s University in 1981. He then attended Temple University’s Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, earning his Juris Doctor in 1984. He initially practiced law in Philadelphia before joining a South Jersey firm, where he advanced to shareholder and headed the Workers’ Compensation Department over 16 years. Since joining Grungo Law in 2017, Mike has focused on cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, notably trying complex cases in various adjudication bodies. Beyond his legal acumen, Mike is a lifelong sports enthusiast, formerly an All-State ice hockey player and now an energetic spectator. Known for his dedication to family, Mike lives in Marlton with his wife Rose, their two daughters, and son-in-law. His eldest daughter practices law in Philadelphia, while his youngest works in Beverly Hills. Mike is dedicated to helping others, offering his clients the same kindness and respect he has instilled in his family.
