Maria Amalia Nieto

Amalia Nieto concentrates her legal practice in labor and employment law, leveraging her extensive litigation background from leading plaintiff-side law firms in New Jersey and New York. She has significant experience handling cases involving allegations of workplace harassment, discrimination, and retaliation under whistleblower statutes. Amalia previously clerked for the Hon. Jaclyn Medina in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division – Family Part. She has been recognized as a Regional Semifinalist in the American Bar Association National Trial Advocacy Competition. Beyond her litigation work, Amalia is actively involved in the legal community as a member of the Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey and the Hispanic National Bar Association. She has held prominent student leadership roles, including Regional President of the Hispanic National Bar Association’s Law Student Division and President of the Association of Latin American Law Students at Rutgers Law School.
