We worked with Ken Ross for 4 weeks and paid him $30,000. He did not inform the judge that he had taken our case. Ken then abandoned us right before a hearing that destroyed our case. We were forced into a 3.5 hour hearing without an attorney. Ken refused to give evidence we gave him to our new atto...rney(s) after repeatedly being asked. Even worse he delayed giving our evidence to our new attorney by 10 days, but promised it in 4 days, which resulted in the loss of my husband's position as CEO and Chairman. When we tried to email him, he blocked the emails, although he never sent us a letter or email that he was dropping our case. We trusted Ken and he failed us miserably.
