Communicated with sellers lawyer regarding unacceptable (not agreed upon terms) information without speaking to us (buyers). He was always on a different page and got snippy if you were frustrated. Kept realtor, broker and myself out of the loop often times. Was on a completely different page. Didn’t... complete his own tasks. I felt like his Secretary and I was the client doing things a lawyer should. On top of the closing lawyer fee, we Paid $400+ for an additional service that he has yet to fulfill almost 6 months later. Difficulty tracking him down. I don’t think he will ever fulfill the service we paid for or refund us. Next step: Attorney Ethics and Grievance form.

If you would like to hire a lawyer who is informative, communicator, keeps you up to date, And keeps his word, Juan Moran is not the one!!! He is by absolutely one of the worst lawyers I have hired. We had to constantly track him down and ask him for updates and his promises were all lies. Save your...self and find a more effective attorney.
