This was the third time I used Joes services. My ciminal past is extensive in both NY and NJ. I was charged with another drug possession charge as well as some back up paraphernalia and even added shoplifting. They started out as 3rd degree and was put under review by the superior court in Hackens...ack. With my rap sheet I believe with out Joes help or phone calls I would've ended up back on state property. That's never the case with this man. They shot them back to municipal and I was facing misdemeanors (non indictable) I already had to do a violation of parole in NY for the arrest but a misdemeanor conviction meant I was being sent back up state. Joe talked with the town prosecutor and came back to me saying that they're petty disorderly persons. The theft turned into creating a disturbance and the possession turned into failure to turn drugs over to the police. I didn't even believe that was a charge. The paraphernalia was thrown out. When the judge asked if I was pleased with his service I said yes and he said "you should be" in open court. I walked away with a heafty fine but I slept in my bed that night!! In Joe I trust!

I met Joe after I faced criminal possision charges. They were dismissed. I year or so later I was involved in a high profile police chase where I was charged with assult on an officer and eluding police. With my extensive criminal history in NY I could've never seen the light of day again. Joe help...ed me get me into PIP court where I my did not go infront of the grand jury to face inditment. I stole 4 years flat and was home in 13 months. I was released from parole a year early which was last week and I send every New Yorker his way. He's a friend a neighbor and a gentleman. He's the best in Bergen and probably the state. He has connections to every prosecutor and gets deals made. My attorney in NY is childhood friends with Joe. He's a straight shooter and does not give you unrealistic thoughts about case. I have my life and Fredom to thank because of Joe. Always remember there is no price on your fredom. Jersey doesn't play fair, Joe will get you the best offer possible. This was my 3rd felony conviction and I was charged on parole serving a life sentence. Hes a miracle worker and a saint in my book.
