He's very knowledgable, but his level of professionalism, attention to detail and overall ability to prioritize is very poor. This is the perfect example of somebody who has been practicing far too long and has lost his spirit and desire to put in a full day's work or put his own client first. Ha...ve used different attorneys for different things over the years and I would have to say he is the biggest disappointment. There are many lawyers who are just as skilled and actually will call back, meet deadlines and flat out know the facts of a case. Again - we HIRED him and couldn't believe how little he cared and how little interaction he had. There is no other way to put it, DO NOT hire Jay Atkins if your legal needs exceed a single meeting or a single week. You will be let down time and again.
