I cannot recommend Janine Cerra as an attorney. In my case she was very unresponsive after collecting her retainer and seemed to be mentally confused often, down to not even knowing what property she was dealing with or other important details of my case. It was a very odd experience that ultimately... cost me significant amounts of time (and some money). She eventually walked away, without finishing her work, in a very unprofessional fashion. On a positive note, I can say she was probably fair with her billings, but if your case is important to you and you want it handled expeditiously, you may want to consider other options.
