Mr Gussis is what I'd call your average lawyer. He promises much but delivers little. His methods are questionable and his ethics are far from honorable. The previous reviewer describes him as being a Pitball in the courtroom, which is a true, but the majority of judges can see through this and are f...ar from impressed by such. If you are planning on using him for a delicate case involving matrimonial or custodial then I would strongly suggest you think again. If he were a corporate lawyer than maybe this is what you'd want. maybe.

I was referred to Mr. Gussis by a close friend of mine who knows him as a legal peer. I asked my friend, who is a well respected criminal attorney, who he would recommend for a marital attorney that would know how to get things done efficiently and effectively. He enthusiatically recommended Mr. Guss...is. My experience has been as good as it gets. Mr. Gussis knows the system in and out, and makes the process clear and as comfortable as it can be. He is generous with his time, is a pitbull in the court and in negotiations, and as kind, warm and humorous as can be. While the costs associated with any legal negotiations can be daunting, I believe that his fees are within the range that any attorney would charge, most of whom would be less capable than he. I can't recommend him more highly.
