Gary A Kraemer

Mr. Kraemer has been my parent's family lawyer for over 35 years. When my mother's health deteriorated my sister brought the living will, medical and financial power of attorney forms to him on 3/16/16 for review during a consultation. He reviewed the forms and said they were fine. On 4/22/16 my moth...er was hospitalized and in need of long-term care. On 4/25/16 the financial POA was rejected by the bank as it did not include the current wordage needed, and Verizon rejected the financial POA during a request to cancel phone service. Urgent calls to Mr. Kraemer were made on 4/25 and 4/26/16 as placement for long term care requires these documents. No response. The consultation cost $200 and we did not receive the services purchased. Now we are in a health care situation with no legal rights.
