Frank has been a valued member of our team at Sharbell Development Corp. for over 20 years. Through the years we have worked very closely with Frank, achieving some difficult objectives, such as two controversial "age-restricted" conversion projects and a heavily-opposed residential subdivision adjac...ent to a National Historic District. Frank and his firm are currently representing us in the residential sales for two projects as well as on land use, environmental and litigation aspects associated with a large mixed-use project and another residential subdivision. Frank also handles much of the transaction negotiations and closings for us on complicated land purchases and sales.
