If I could give zero stars, I would. Mr. LeBeouf failed to advise me of multiple easements against my property prior to purchase, and when this was brought up to him, his response was that the driveway easement that allows my neighbors to use MY driveway was for my "benefit because the driveway runs... through two other lots." The driveway doesn't run through two other lots. He totally had it backwards. I own the property and the easements negatively impact the value of my property and my relationships with my neighbors. When I asked him to help with removing the easements, he pushed me off, repeatedly saying he was "busy." Hire a different lawyer unless you want to wind up in court.
