Well he has been the best kawyer possible for my daca app. Yes you have to wait a lonv time to see him, but that is only because he has too many costomers, do to the fact that he is a great immigration lawyer and bankruptcy lawyer too. It is worth the wait. And by far, his secretary have answer all ...if my questions and they are very polite when I call.

Me and my husband hired Eralides because someone had told us he would be good, but I'm sooo pissed at him, I can't even tell you in writing. We hired him back in February 2013, and we have spoken to him only one time after that and because we went and sat at his office until 11:00 pm. I would never... reccomend this "lawyer" to anyone. We have been calling him, leaving messages with "Jesse" as he said we could, and never ever get a call back from him. I even sent him a letter by fax and still not a call. Of course, we paid half of our fees as agreed so I guess he is just happy keeping our half payment and not taking care of our case. I have a two year old and an 8 month old baby and can not go seat in his office from 6pm to 11 pm as he wants us to do just so he can give us update on our case. I've been calling immigration myself so that I can find out what's going on.

He have to many cases the he forget his on clients you have to way for ever to see him the they are very rude his secretary don't even care about the client they don't even turn around to answer your questions please do your self a favor and go to another lawyer is not worth saving money with this la...wyer because at the long run your not saving anything because in our case we have go to another lawyer because our cases was denied because he forgot about us the immigration officer toll her self and she gave a extension and time to found another lawyer
