I'm disgusted I even had to give even one stare for Dave's "performance". I can not agree more with the review above. Aside from the fact that David is hard to reach and lets delicate time lapse, he will take no consideration for any of your desires regardless to your discovery. He will completely mi...srepresent you in court. He will accept your retainer and screw you in return. He will not explain any of the legal process to you nor inform you of your rights. He is entirely unprofessional and the work he does submit to the court is typically in shambles and late- prolonging the process and costing you more and more money. Just so he can screw you in the end. I hope he loses his license.
