I don't think she did a good job with our sale. We signed our paperwork on a Friday, and the buyers were closing on a Tuesday. We had a small window issue (around $400 per the invoice) that we agreed to repair and had paid for in advance (the glass company made a mistake and had to repair after clo...sing). After checking the wire amounts, there was a $3,500 difference in the wire amount. When pressing Colleen for an answer, she could not properly explain to me the reason it was withheld. I called back with my wife to get clarification and eventually was hung up on. Yes I was mad, but when terms of the withholding were changed on us and not communicated, that is a big deal. There was nothing in writing explaining an amount was to be withheld, the realtor told me a small amount over and above the repair would be withheld (the repair was about $300, the withholding ended up being $3500). In general, I feel she was relatively passive in the process. Most communication was initiated on our part throughout the whole process. This issue (regarding the $3,500) was not at all communicated to us until I reached out to her, and frankly I wouldn't have known about it unless I called her. I am disappointed in her service, would not recommend.

I have known Colleen since 2007 but it seems like forever. She knows what she knows and does it well. She cares for all her clients on more than a business level.I trust her with my life she has handled many different things for me and i recommend her to any and everyone. If she can not help you she... will direct you to someone who can.
