Bad attorney, not professional

He never calls clients back no matter how many times you call him. Has no answers for you and does not do anything to protect you. I would not recommend him for attorney services.

Disappears with money

Retained Cappio in 2013 through Jacoby and Meyers. Paid $1200. He took over my case after he opened his own firm Cappio and Gigilotti. Then I never heard from him again. The phone numbers do not work, there is no contact info on his website for either him or his partner and basically he just disappe...ared with my $1200. Petition was never filed and now I have creditors coming after me when this all should have been taken care of 4 years ago. I am filing a complaints with the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court in PA and a new lawyer advised that I should sue him to recover my money and damages. I have documented proof of everything and he feels I have a great case. Stay away from this scam artist!!
