Charles Defuccio represented my wife and I 10 1/2 years ago regarding a DYFSS case with the State of NJ. He constantly called unnecessary meetings with his us and included his entire group of staff Over charged us at every turn. We were in worse shape regarding our case with DYFSS than when we fir...st agreed to hire him. After releasing Mr. De Fuccio and continuing on with a different lawyer we were able to have our case closed in our favor. He sent my wife and I a bill for $8,500.00 for 2 meetings, 3 three hour court sessions and a couple of phone calls. He threatened a lien on our property if we did not pay and refused to send us an itemized bill of services. Very disrespectful, fairly incompetent and an overall failure representing my family and I. Do not hire this guy.
