Horrible

This man doesn’t return phone calls or emails. My grandmother passed away in 2016, he gives all different months when to expect it. He gave us th dates he sent everything to the IRS then we call to see he status and tells us he just sent it out. He never emails or returns phone calls. I even go and s...it in his office to speak to him directly and end up never seeing him. The staff is rude and doesn’t help at all. He should not be a practice because he doesn’t know how to make his clients trust him. If you’re looking to hire his attorney please turn the other way and run. He is the worst and doesn’t know how to do his job.

Horrible

This man helped destroy a family. In our darkest hour after hurricane sandy he promised us the world. He told us not to get help from attorneys offering their time to people in need because they would do nothing for us.. We came up with 1500 dollars to pay this man to help us out of a bad situation w...ith our house that was damaged by sandy. For 1 year and a half this man only returned phones calls months after we called, never wrote 1 letter to mortgage company, nothing! We lost a 150,000 rebuilders grant because we were scared and did not know what to do for 3 months we begged his staff to please let him know this was time sensitive. Never a return call.. The last 2 months I've called everyday requesting an itemized billing list. Eveyday they sware he will call back. They've even scheduled time slots with us, waiting by the phone for hours no calls ever came. Please beware of this man..

Doesnt do anything for you

This is a loan modification client very unhappy with his office, for the loan modification they were only a medium to exchange papers between the bank and I, told me he was going to work with the bank to get a great monthly payment that I could afford, but nothing was done, orher that the exchange of... papers, that I could have done by myself and save me the money I paid him.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
