Bindi represented me as a real estate attorney for the purchase of my home. My experience has been nothing but positive and I have already referred friends to her for their transactions and I will continue to do so. It is hard to find an attorney who is diligent, tough when fighting for your rights, ...but also caring and personable. She always ensured I understood what I needed to do and when, answered my questions, walked me through my closing statement, and overall I really felt she was fighting for my rights throughout the process. When issues showed up on the inspection report she made sure they were all addressed before closing. She shared her cellphone number and made herself available after hours when I needed it due to my schedule. I will use Bindi for all my future transactions and I highly recommend her.

As Real Estate Agents we have referred Bindi Patel for several real estate transactions and including first time home buyers and found her excellent in service, very diligent and has excellent skills and negotiating powers concerning the contract, inspection and walk thru issues. All our buyers have... told us they would definitely recommend Bindi Patel for any of their legal needs and had always responded to their queries and emails as if they were on her top priority list. Thanks to her, our clients always had smooth closings and we would recommend her 100% to our clients, family and friends.

She is all talk and no work and no compassion/understating towards the clients. She charges astronomical price per hour. Recently in a real estate deal (home buying) i hired her and i was so impressed during the initial talk but some how the house did not worked out for me and attorney send in tota...l three letters to seller and got back responses. I was charged nearly four figures. Before i spoke with her to reconsider her decision to charge me near four figures inquired with other attorneys how much they charge if the deal did not go through they told me three hundred to four hundred dollars.She charged me more than double the industry average charge. She charged this huge amount even though i promised her i will use her services for next home buying process and will pay her full fees for the new process if she charges me the industry average fees($400). I will never work with her and will never recommenced her to any one to use for their real estate deals. if i have a chance i will give her negative rating since she is not even worth of single star.
