Ann Louise Renaud

I prefer to call her the above, because she is. As a Christian family, we prayed for guidance and direction. Ann has been an extraordinary blessing to us. Our son is a disabled man with mental health, legal issues. Ann has been on the forefront of the battles we have faced. She is an expert in her fi...eld and an asset to the legal community and many families.

I could write a book about her, based on my experience, but instead a review and impending grievance to NJ agency will have to suffice. As a beneficiary receiving a very small amount, I was not worried about receiving it promptly. But I didn't think, in my wildest dreams, it would take over three y...ears for her to close the estate. In my opinion, she was remiss in her fiduciary duties in a number of ways including (but not limited to) - total (almost total) unresponsiveness (even to the NJ attorney general for 6 months), higher than normal fees charged (per AG), rudeness to our executor illustrated by the tone and content of some letters and calls, and other issues. The icing on the proverbial cake? After the AG signed off, she gives us an invoice for $600 to be paid out of the $2K that has been withheld for miscellaneous charges that may come in. She was hired by our executor based on a referral. Having another NJ estate that I was going to refer her way, I have long since realized that I wouldn't want anyone going through what we did.
