Anitra Rochelle Price

My brothers and I retained this attorney in 2019 to assist with the probate process following our father’s passing. She was recommended to us through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), which makes this experience even more disappointing. After paying thousands of dollars for her services, we disco...vered that the documents submitted to Fulton County were not completed correctly, leaving errors that I ultimately had to work through and correct myself. I will never forget being just 20 years old, grieving the loss of my father, and trusting that we had found a reliable attorney to guide our family through such a difficult time. Instead, I was left dealing with the consequences of errors in a process we had hired her to handle. Hiring an attorney is supposed to provide peace of mind and professional guidance, especially when navigating something as complicated as probate. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Being referred through an EAP made us feel more confident in our choice, which makes the outcome even more frustrating. Based on my personal experience, I would not hire this attorney again or recommend her to others. If you are considering her services, I encourage you to do your research, ask questions, and carefully review all documents submitted on your behalf.
