Our agent referred us to Ms. De Silva. This is the first time we work with an attorney as a home buyer. In the beginning, Ms. De Silva was good at reaching out to the seller on our behalf and taking a thorough look at the contract. However, over the past three months, Ms. De Silva gave us the impress...ion that we are not important to her. She still couldn't get my name right, our emails often didn't get replied promptly, and there was major error in the title work 3 weeks before the closing date. When I called the office to follow up with the correction a week later, the legal assistant was impatient and having a hard time finding our previous emails. Overall, we are not happy with Ms. De Silva's work on this case.
