Angela M Roper

Angela has the most appropriate last name, Roper. When she lassos a case she does not let it go. I say that with humor, but in all seriousness she is relentless. Ms Roper was hired and took on my case at a point where after my accident, even I was beginning to lose hope. Not only in my case outcome, ...but in the state of humanity, the level of selfishness of people and the greed of hospitals and insurances. Perhaps not in all cases, I only speak on my own ordeal. Without going into extreme details, Ms Roper took on my challenges, an accident survivor that lost a limb and additional life long injuries. Upon her introduction she brought a sense of empathy that was different from what I'd encountered from doctors, residents and staff of the hospital. Angela went above and beyond to assist my family and I during this ordeal. From directly dealing with the hospital and billing, my insurance, even my job. I can't recall the amount of referrals and recommendations she made on doctors and specialists to help put me on the best track to recover. This alleviated an immense amount of pressure from my family and allowed them to focus on my recovery. Her actions helped bring me back to my normal social self. Meeting someone that wanted to right any wrongs that were done. To demand the answers to the questions my family and I may have had. The level of professionalism she exerts get results. The results that when you don't know the channels or lingo seem impossible to get, Angela made it possible. Her search for justice is unprecedented. There needs to be more people like Angela in this field. Someone that doesn't care about a check, but focuses on the well being of a person, for what they are a "person"  Angela was an attorney I hired. Angela is now a friend. I don't know many people that can say that they hear from their attorney after a case. With Ms Roper, you will. Angela Roper and her team took on a legal malpractice case that spanned over a decade of effort when no other legal team in NJ would step up. She and her team fearlessly challenged the largest insurance company in the state along with legal counsel that they entered into a shady contract with agains...t the insurance companies own employees. She and her team worked diligently to open previously sealed files to show that there were shady and potentially illegal dealings being worked against the employees. While the case settled out of court, I feel that the employees won in the long run. Angela knows the law, isn't afraid to honestly represent her clients against all odds, and never backed down! This case looked impossible from every angle but Angela and her team were solely focused on the truth and the edict that justice would be served. IT WAS!!! Like the review title says - Fearless to the end!!! that is what she and her team were. I feel that she represented the client to the end with only the clients benefit at the forefront of her efforts. This was the proverbial David and Goliath case....and Angela and her team - like David - did what others thought was impossible. She took on the giant and WON!

Angela Roper is probably one of the best lawyers in the U.S.A. Prior to becoming a client of the Roper & Twardowsky law firm, I felt that the “Justice” system was really a legal system for big business and wealthy clients, with “justice” as a misnomer, if you were not in these two categories. Angel...a confirmed my disappointment but also demonstrated to me that she was not deterred by the many attempts of the courts and opposing lawyers to thwart justice, and that a measure of justice can be achieved – albeit at a tremendous cost (mental and emotional) to both lawyers and clients involved. I have the utmost respect for both Angela and her partner Kenneth Thyne, who fearlessly represented me and many of my co-workers against one of the most formidable insurance/financial service giants in the country. No other law firm even wanted the case. Their professionalism, tenacity, and understanding of the legal/judicial system certainly won them my respect. They knew fully the intricate details of my individual case, and always had time to answer my questions or concerns. They spent almost ten years arguing my case in the NJ courts in order to obtain the best possible outcome for me. I have nothing but commendation for them both, as well as their entire administrative team. Angela has taken a case that no other lawyer would take in the entire State of NJ against a major insurance company.
