If I could give no stars, I would. Mr. Viola repeatedly failed to return my phone calls and acknowledge my emails. Despite my efforts to resend them, he claimed not to have received my emails multiple times. He did not follow through on settling the matter and did not appear for my court hearing. Aft...er the court attendance was taken, he claimed ignorance about the court date, even though he had requested the adjournment. He then demonstrated unfamiliarity with my case and emails by asking me to provide information I had already sent multiple times. I decided to terminate his services over the phone, in the courthouse. Afterward, he told my legal insurance that he did not attend court because I had terminated his services before the court date. I am unsure if he is experiencing personal issues, but I would NOT suggest hiring him.

Was completely unprepared for a small claims hearing. Embarrassing. Pretty sure he didn't look at any of my emails until 20 min before the hearing. I would bring up evidence that I sent him during the mediation and he would ask me to send it again stating he didn't have it or couldn't find it. Charg...ed me to look at it though. Never even reached out to the defendant or his lawyer to see if he would settle prior.
