Where do I begin. Getting an email response is like pulling teeth. A response either takes multiple days, or I didn't receive one at all for one email. As for the service, we purchased a new home and I was to be added to some paperwork after closing since I was not present that day. Months go by and ...I was told by Alex, don't worry, if something happens (such as death of my partner) you are covered by the will....excuse me? For starters, my partner doesn't have a will, and you were paid to do a job that you are not doing. Not to mention that this is our home and I want to be listed on certain paperwork. I couldn't believe my ears when he told me not to worry about it as long as I'm on the will. What does that even matter. You weren't paid for an opinion, You were paid to do what I ask. The level of unprofessionalism was astounding! Oh and the best was he said..well why didn't you guys have a different lawyer do this then. Ha! Well, simple answer. We already paid you a large amount of money for this service, so why would I pay someone else to complete a task you are responsible for?
