Nishtha has a Bachelors in management and a law degree from Symbiosis Law School. She has a Masters in Law from Michigan State University College of Law. She is uniquely qualified to practice law, both in India and United States.
As an immigrant herself, she has first-hand experience of the system and understands the complexity of the process. Having worked with the Immigration Law Clinic at the MSU College of Law, she is trained in dealing with a variety of immigration cases including refugee and asylum cases. Ms. Kohli’s firm is deeply committed to offer immigration solutions with a passion and help others navigate this process.
She has also worked at a multinational corporation, STAR TV India, as part of the in-house legal team and at several boutique law firms.
