Nina Jayme Fantl

Nina has provided immigration advice to me for the past 15 years. Her knowledge of the law and her familiarity with the different immigration officers have proven indispensable as I have navigated the complexities of a J-1 waiver (that was nerve-wracking, but Nina helped present our case in a complet...ely bullet-proof manner) and my green card. Years later I had to turn to her again, in panic, because I didn't realize that my green card was going to expire while I was back in Europe. Again, Nina advised me on how to get a new card on the quick without having to cancel my visit with my ailing Dad. That time, the odds were very much against me, as it was totally my lack of planning, but still, thanks to the fact that she knew the people and how to approach them, I got it done. Just this past winter I needed her help again because I had misplaced my green card right before another overseas trip. Nina was very reassuring and advised me exactly how to deal with it (thankfully card was found before all my hair turned grey). Now I have finally decided to apply for US citizenship and even thought it is a pretty straightforward process, I am still consulting with her, knowing that she will make sure I have dotted every "i." She really is the best there is.
