My divorce started with mediation, which really didn't work. During mediation I had hired an attorney (not Nikki) so I could ask questions and have her review papers before I signed them. All was good, but the process took so long that my attorney retired before it was done! She recommended a few att...orneys, I interviewed them and selected Nikki based on her experience and knowledge. So glad I did. It all came down to one sit-down meeting with me & Nikki, and him and his attorney. Nikki's level of experience with negotiations really made a huge difference, so totally and completely worth having her on my side! There were some things that the other attorney could have requested, but I don't think she knew she could, and Nikki was not about to tell her. Nikki is very sharp. She gave good advice and I felt well-represented through the entire process.

Attorney Nikki Clark is quick to forget true details of each case, failed to investigate factual evidence and consider witness testimony to discuss real issues surrounding case. Completely BIASED lawyer. Nikki Clark bases her decision on prior cases and assumes that similar cases are all the same. Th...is should RAISE a red flag!! EVERY CASE IS DIFFERENT AND EVERY INDIVIDUAL IS DIFFERENT. For example, our 8yo daughter had concerns regarding abuse in other parents household. Nikki thought we were painting father in a negative light so Nikki didn't bother to speak to our daughter. We want to make sure that what happened to our family and our 8yo daughter never happens to your family.
