Nicole Lee Ciufi

Words alone cannot describe the scope of Nicole's capacity as a lawyer. I met Nicole on AVVO in May 2015 after she answered a question I posted regarding a sub-tenant matter. I consulted with Nicole as I poured my anguish and frustration; Nicole assessed the situation and offered a consoling advise... and remedied my frustration expeditiously. It has been since May since we began our journey together with what seemed like one bad turn of events for me. Living 3000 miles away while I am taking care of my father after he suffered a stroke has been challenging while maintaining a residence in NYC. I cannot express enough in words what Nicole has done but she has surpassed her duties, her ability and her kindness beyond the scope of what most lawyers would even entertain. As a lawyer, I trust Nicole with every and all aspect of my current situation and would do so with every pertinent matters of my LIFE. Not only is she compassionate, she is driven and when I had about lost all hope in my struggles and felt as if everyone in my LIFE had abandoned me, Nicole was the one the inspired, motivated and consoled me through so many dark periods. Her attention to detail is STELLAR and when dealing with legal matters, detail is KEY and Nicole has a science for it. She is PROACTIVE and will research and seek advice from mentors and fellow colleagues if there is something she needs a second opinion on or to be more informed. Her personality is to be commended most of all, she is bright, witty, but firm and assertive when it is warranted. She emailed me inspirational quotes within days my retention, and as a caregiver that simple gesture of humility and kindness lessens the burden. I am about to embark a milestone move from NYC to Seattle to continue caring for my father and assisting my mother, and Nicole is a part of my LIFE now, regardless of the distance, I made a vow to continue to have her as my trusted legal counsel and also a friend. Nicole MAKES time to check in on me, she worries when I don't reply to her texts or phone calls--that is dedication and compassion. She is keen on serving justice when it warrants it and fighting for the rights of her clients. I can't thank you enough Nicole and I wouldn't have been able to go through what I went through without you by my side. It's been a journey indeed and when you have someone as dedicated and compassionate as Nicole, one can't feel relieved and victorious!
