I hired nick after being arrested for dui in gutherie county. At first I considered not getting a lawyer at all because I had signed the implied consent form and figured I would just be paying for a lawyer on top of a fine without diverting any of the penalties. I could not have been more wrong. Nick... was very honest and up front about my case from beginning to end. He didnt pressure me at all to hire him and was honest about his opinion towards my case. Then he pulled a rabbit out of the hat and gave me outstanding representation. He first got my implied consent dropped, then negotiated a reckless driving charge for me in place of a dui. Saving my liscense, cdl and my job. He effectively gave me a second chance at life with his thorough and professional work, because my personal earning potential would have been permanently halved with a conviction. He talked me through the process and explained everything he was doing. And what's more he kept the cost low, very low. I couldn't believe how much he could accomplish with the few hours he billed me for and I in no way whatsoever feel like i over paid. That to me means he cares about honest and quality professionalism, and his clients. All said and done i assumed I would be paying 3 to 5 times as much as I did, and that's including the fine not just his representation. I will be giving out his information to all my friends and family, and he does a lot more then dui cases. Nick is my lawyer, and I couldn't be happier about that.
