Best Real Estate Attorney Ever

I reached out to Mr. De Santis right before the 4th of July holiday on July 3rd regarding a purchasing agreement for a home in Avon Lake. He called me back within the hour, explained he was at a continuing education seminar and asked me to email him the pertinent documents so he can review them (at n...o cost) and get back to me with his recommendations and his fee structure. I provided the documents he requested the day after the holiday. He was able to walk me through the docs, provide recommendations, and present an addendum to the agreement (which the purchaser signed immediately) by the end of business day! His rates are reasonable; he presents as completely genuine and my husband and I are 110% satisfied.
