Don't waste your money on this man!!!!

This has got to be the WORST attorney ever!!! He does not keep his client informed, return calls, messages, letters, nor can you find him in his office to get any updates!! He even shows up to court LATE!!!! You would be better off representing yourself in custody matters rather than hiring Nicholas... Ackerman. You will get as much out of your money if you drive with the windows down and throw it out as you go!!

BAD BAD BAD

don't hire NICHOLAS ACKERMAN he will take your money and waste your time, and nothing will get done. He is very unprofessional, he does not return phone calls or attempt to keep you informed about your case. I had a terrible experience with him, I hired him for a custody case, and he assured me that ...he would start working on it immediately and keep me informed through out the entire process. So I paid him a large sum of money as a down payment, the next week I called him three times before he finally called me back, and he had no news for me, but a few days later I recieved a bill in the mail from him. It's been more than a month now and he has yet to get anything done, nor has he even had the common courtesy to at least touch base with me. I have called and left messages and I have even stopped by his office and left messages and he still has not tried to contact me. I have hired another attorney, but I just want to make sure no one else makes the same mistake that I did by hiring him.
