Mr. Nelson was not helpful in my probate case. He wanted weekly updates in a case that was not changing weekly, which only added to the charges. He gave instruction in a manner that was hard to understand. He used legal words that someone without a background in law would need further explaining on. ...Had Mr. Nelson fully explained the responsibility of a personal representative to me, I would not have taken the position. He left many things unspoken, and I had to research and continue the case without him. Be careful who you hire as your lawyer. They could well take advantage of your lack of legal knowledge.
